This is a DLC titanium Linde Werdelin Oktopus II Moon Black OKTMIIBMB1. It has a leather strap with a DLC titanium tang buckle, and an anti-reflective sapphire crystal. It includes a screw down winding crown with the octopus emblem and crown guards, and a screw down case back engraved with a high relief octopus drawing by Morten Linde. The movement is sealed in the chamber by a titanium DLC screw down case back. 

The 44mm by 46mm barrel-shaped case, straight hooded lugs with four hexagonal screws, and flat ceramic bezel with 8 hexagonal face screws, are polished/brushed. It has a five-part case construction sealing an inner titanium cylinder that protects the movement and the dial from water. There is a black 3-layer dial, with the moon disc on the bottom layer, Côtes de Genève embellishment in the middle, and a skeletonized layer on the top. It has blued steel sword hands with luminous inserts, luminous Arabic numeral hour markers at 3, 9, and 12 o’clock, and luminous square hour indices around a perimeter white luminous minute/second scale that’s mirrored around the inclined flange. 

There is a blued center sweep sword second hand, and it has a 5-phase photo-realistic luminous moon disc surrounded by blue, that rotates above a layer with SuperLuminova, allowing the moon phase clear visibility as if viewed on a clear night. A full moon is indicated with a white luminous mark that’s visible through the lower dial. The luminous numerals 11, 10, and 9, displayed between 1 and 2 o’clock, show a precise track of the lunar cycle. It’s water resistant to 300 meters/990 feet, and it has a 42-hour power reserve at full winding. The 15.25mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Linde Werdelin Oktopus II Moon Black OKTMIIBMB1 has a mechanical automatic self-winding ETA 2892 movement, with an in house Werdelin moon phase disc module. An independent movement manufacturer, Concepto, builds the movement exclusively for Linde Werdelin, with 21 jewels, a strengthened escapement, and a standard rotor. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz).
